Surgical Innovations seals £5m distribution deal

Worth £5m over the period and tied to minimum contracted volumes, it will grant Elemental continued exclusive distribution rights to Leeds-based Surgical’s entire product portfolio within Great Britain.

Surgical chief executive Graham Bowland said: “We are very pleased to reinforce our relationship with Elemental and Great Britain is an important market for us where our Resposable products offer the NHS significant costs savings over expensive disposable instruments.”

The extension continues a relationship that began in 2007 during which time the two companies have worked closely together to develop products.
