Synectics posts rise in full year profits

Synectics, the advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems company, has seen its profits and revenues rise over the last year, after it secured 'market-leading' positions in a number of sectors.

In the year ended November 30 2016, revenue rose by 4 per cent to £70.9 million, while the underlying profit rose by more than 80 per cent to £2.6 million.

Commenting on the results, Paul Webb, the chief executive, said: “We will continue to build on the progress we have made, and I strongly believe that the actions we have already taken leave us better placed to deliver for our customers, and ultimately our shareholders - now and into the future.
