The firm, which was only founded in April this year, has already won two major contracts and five website commissions.

It is run by business partners David Smith and Darren McCabe, who have experience of setting up, managing and maintaining computers systems for sizes of companies ranging from one person to large multi-national networks with hundreds of workstations and dozens of servers.

They have also worked on web design for companies across Yorkshire.

Techmonkeys is based in the Havercroft area of Wakefield and also aims to improve public understanding of technology, such as cloud computing, a hosted service or solution.
