On their bikes again for property summit
A DELEGATION from Leeds and the surrounding towns and cities will be rolling into the MIPIM international property convention in the South of France again next year after the Leeds and Partners marketing agency secured Town Centre Securities as a key sponsor for 2014.
A spokeswoman for Leeds and Partners said the 2013 partnership between Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and York delivered the region’s most successful-ever presence at the event, which provided a valuable platform to showcase the city region, and has already generated return investor visits.
An ambitious programme backed by 10 private sector investors saw the region come together with leaders from the UK’s major city economies to discuss economic growth policies. Lizzie Armitstead, the champion cyclist, above, supported this year’s event.
