The Crypt Factor, which raises money for charities LionHeart and St George’s Crypt, is being held at Leeds United’s Elland Road ground on Thursday, March 21. Some of the best known figures in Yorkshire’s property world will take part in the charity singing contest.

It is sponsored by Addleshaw Goddard, Town Centre Securities and Morgans City Living. The Yorkshire Post is the event’s official media partner.

Saville Audio Visual is overseeing the event’s sound and lighting and OK Karaoke is providing rehearsal facilities for the competition’s nine acts, as well as hosting the charity karaoke at the end of the night.

St George’s Crypt has been at the frontline of support for homeless, disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Leeds since 1930.

LionHeart offers help and support to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) members and their families who are dealing with a crisis, such as ill health, disability, unemployment, family separation and debt related issues.

Alex Duckett, of Knight Frank, the compere for the evening, said: “Every year this event gets bigger and better. It’s going to be a hugely entertaining evening.”
