The Sheffield-based firm bought the business, based in Belton, North Lincolnshire, in a £4.8m deal after its parent company Cartwright Group went into administration.

Cartwright, which converts vehicles into ambulances as well as police, security and fire vehicles, will be called Cartwright Vehicle Conversions. It will be led by Cartwright Conversions’ managing director Steve Shaw.
