Unfolding the future development of city region

The exhibition and conference, called Unfold, is believed to be the first of its type in theregion and is being created by Financial Leeds with the support of the city's property agents.

It will provide a platform for developments being undertaken or planned at various locations across the city region.

The event will take place on March 31, 2011, at Leeds Town Hall. Targeting a national audience, it is aimed at key decision-makers who will be invited to see the opportunities for both investment and relocation.

Howard Kew, chief executive of Financial Leeds, said: "Leeds has made major progress over the last three months with tower cranes on the Land Securities Trinity site, positive news on Hammerson's Eastgate project and exciting design images for the Leeds Arena.

"This, together with the re-launch of No1 Leeds, highlights the confidence."
