C365Cloud took home the gong in the Technology Excellence category at the UK IT Industry Awards, the largest and most well-known event in the tech industry calendar.

The Calder Park company, which has some 50 employees, helps organisations to audit, manage and improve their level of statutory compliance.

C365Cloud is a compliance management system designed to help organisations audit, manage and improve their levels of statutory compliance. Being cloud hosted, it replaces paper-based forms and spreadsheets, helping eliminate problems resulting from human error and double data handling, while its full trail of audit actions also puts clients in a legally defensible position should any questions arise.

They have also developed an innovative bespoke mobile forms application, which utilises features such as bar-code scanning to manage unique assets, , auto population to ensure absolute accuracy, photo annotation, offline caching, geo location and inbuilt intelligent skip logic. This allows documentation to be uploaded straight to the system from on-site mobile devices, where live dashboards provide an overview of outstanding actions and risks

C365Cloud currently helps to manage a million properties for 270 customers, saving their 100,000 registered users around £2.6 million a year, with more than 100 modules on offer relating to fire, gas, asbestos, electric, legionella, health and safety and lifting operations, CQC assurance and lifting equipment regulations.

Customers include major players in the retail, university, healthcare, council and nuclear sectors, including The Co-op Group, Heineken UK, The Riverside Group, Marston’s PLC and Bupa UK.

And the team is delighted that the Cloud Innovation Provider of the Year accolade recognises the hard work by all its staff this year.

“This national award is a great accolade for us, a company that started up in 2010 and now has a team of 50 dedicated and committed colleagues,” says Keiron Gavaghan, Head of Sales and Marketing.

“The application included numerous questions about how our cloud-based management system provides innovative benefits to our customers and about our commercial success. Once we had been shortlisted, we then had to give an in-depth presentation and system demonstration to the board of selectors followed by a rigorous Q & A session.

“We were able to demonstrate the success we have seen in the last year, even throughout the global pandemic. The recognition is a testament to the hard work of the team and the support and engagement of our customers who influence the product.”

C365Cloud would like to thank Jenny Hill and Wakefield Council along with their customers for their continued support, adding “without them this would not be possible”.
