Watson resigns directorships at Tracsis

Mr Watson will stay on as an employee, working for the company on a part time basis on consultancy assignments and project

work.

Tracsis, which was spun out of the University of Leeds, designs and licenses software which covers crew scheduling, crew rostering and performance modelling.

John McArthur, Tracsis chief executive, said: "We are pleased that Robert will continue to be employed within the group

and look forward to his continued involvement given his extensive knowledge and experience of the UK rail industry."
