The week ahead in the city: Find out who is reporting their results this week

Tomorrow (MONDAY FEBRUARY 13) sees the year end results for Reckitt Benckiser released. The large-scale household items maker will release its results just days after it was announced it was to acquire US baby formula maker Mead Johnson in a 16.6bn US dollar deal (£13.2bn).

The move will take the firm, which employs 1,200 employees at its Hull laboratory, into a new area and expand its presence in developing markets.

Tuesday February 14 sees the final results of Rolls-Royce. The iconic manufacturer has a large base in Sheffield at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre.

There will also be a trading update from holiday firm Tui as the City looks for any indication that a strong trend in British bookings last year continued into 2017.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) will also release its inflation data for January.

Wednesday February 15 will see The Gym Group publish its final results.

And on Thursday February 16 will see the final results of Coca-Cola HBC, Drax and Shire. Coca-Cola has a large manufacturing base near Wakefield while Drax is one of the nation’s leading energy providers, operating from its massive plant in East Yorkshire.
