The practice will have a team of around 250.”

Paul Trudgill, the managing partner of Keeble Hawson, said: “Bringing both firms together presents a great opportunity to build on the quality of support we offer already as a full service law firm to our clients now and in the future across Yorkshire, while maintaining the close client relationships that are at the heart of our approach.”

Ron Whitlam, Hlw senior partner, said: “The combined depth and breadth of knowledge and experience of both firms’ commercial teams enables us to advise wide-ranging businesses, from the sole trader to quoted companies and financial institutions.
