Appeal after eight pedigree Border Leicester lambs stolen from farm in North Yorkshire
The theft of the eight Border Leicester lambs is thought to have happened between October 1 and 7, when they are said to have been taken from a field near Stokesley.
The breed is distinctive in appearance, with large upright ears.

Hide AdThey are a mixture of male and female animals. In the left ear they all bear the tattoo BLA45, while in the right ear they carry tattooed serial numbers prefixed with ‘S’.

- BLA45 S30 Female
- BLA45 S39 Female
- BLA45 S43 Female
- BLA45 S44 Male
North Yorkshire Police's rural taskforce is investigating the theft. Anyone with information is asked to contact them on 101, quoting reference 12200176115.
