Farmer's give some very big words of thanks to NHS

A group of farmers and agricultural manufacturers decided to say ‘thank you’ to the NHS and farmers by spraying it in 34-metre lettering onto an airfield near York.

Chris Hartley and Lee Clarke at Trimble Agriculture came up with the idea and using the latest precision technology and first sprayed ‘thank you NHS’ followed by ‘thank you farmers’.

“We wanted to get together to say thank you. The results are quite spectacular and could probably have been seen from outer space,” said Mr Trimble.
