Art fit for a Queen

ARTWORK which started in a classrooms of Yorkshire primary schools will soon take pride of place on the front of Buckingham Palace.

Pupils from three schools in Sheffield are among those taking part in a massive collaborative art project.

The self-portraits of four- to 16-year-olds will be combined to make a montage of the Queen which will then be projected onto the front of Buckingham Palace. Fir Vale School in Owler Lane, St Catherine’s Primary School in Firshill Crescent, above, and Owler Brook Primary School in Wensley Street have all taken part.
