Sheffield number two university in country

SHEFFIELD University has been named as the second best in the country in a poll published today that measures how students rate their teaching and life on campus.

The new table based on a survey of more than 13,000 undergraduates shows that almost every university in Yorkshire has improved its rankings.

The Times Higher Education student experience survey sees universities assessed on areas including sports facilities, campus environment, social life, students’ union and library.
