Lisa Dunn, distribution director at Glassolutions, said: “The northern hub is an impressive facility that will lead to an even better service for our customers and is an exciting development for Glassolutions in the UK.

“This will be a complete one stop shop for all glass and glazing products including clear float, tinted float, low iron, soft and hard coat, laminated, patterned, wired, silvered, fire-glass and self-cleaning glass in stock, cut sized and processed.

“All our customers from small traditional glaziers and joiners to large sealed unit manufacturers, window fabricators and installers, fit out companies and glass merchants will benefit from daily deliveries across the north of England, as well as online ordering and a collection service.”

She added: “Plus our enhance online ordering system means that our customers can even get their glass on the go. The northern hub puts us in a fantastic position for the future growth of the business.”
