If you are told you are at medium or high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, you will be offered fast-track access to your free local Healthier You diabetes prevention programme.

You will receive support to make immediate and sustainable lifestyle changes that will reduce your risk of developing the disease.

You can access Healthier You remotely, or in Covid-19 secure environments.

Say no to diabetes

Healthier You is delivered by Reed Wellbeing on behalf of NHS England. Since 2015, they have supported more than 82,000 people to reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
