41 more Covid deaths in Yorkshire hospitals

A total of 41 more people have died after testing positive for Covid-19 in Yorkshire hospitals.

Figures released by NHS England on Friday, November 6 confirmed that 2 people died under the Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.

Two people died in hospital in Barnsley.

One person died in hospital in Bradford.

Two people died in hospital in Calderdale.

11 people died in hospital in Doncaster.

One person died in hospital in Harrogate.

14 people died in hospital in Leeds.

One person died in hospital in Rotherham.

Five people died in hospital in Sheffield.

Two people died in South Tees hospitals.

The death toll in the region now stands at 3,587.

In England, a total of 218 more people have died.

10 people died in the East of England.

17 people died in London.

49 people died in the Midlands.

17 people died in the North East.

63 people died in the North West.

16 people died in the South East.

5 people died in the South West.

Patients were aged between 42 and 100 years old.

Date of death ranges from 7 October to 5 November 2020.

The total number of confirmed reporter deaths in England is 34,091.

NHS England publishes the number of patients who have died in hospital and tested positive for COVID-19 in England.

Since Tuesday, April 28 NHS England and NHS Improvement also reports the number of patient deaths where there has been no COVID-19 positive test result, but where COVID-19 is documented as a direct or underlying cause of death on part 1 or part 2 of the death certification process.
