Coronavirus death toll in Yorkshire rises by 42 as UK total rises by 403

The total number of confirmed deaths of people who tested positive for coronavirus in hospitals in England has risen to 4,897, NHS England said, up by 403 on the previous day's update.

The patients were aged between 35 and 106, and 15 of them had no known underlying health condition.

The death toll in Yorkshire has risen by 42, accurate as of 5pm on Sunday, April 5.
