Four more people have died in Leeds after testing positive for coronavirus, NHS England has confirmed.

All four people died at a Leeds hospitals on Saturday, March 28.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 deaths in Leeds to 12, after three other deaths were announced at the weekend.

This brings the total number of confirmed deaths in England to 1,284.

Patients were aged between 32 and 98 years old and all but 4 patients (aged between 56 and 87 years old) had underlying health conditions.

Their families have been informed.
