Total number of coronavirus deaths at every Yorkshire hospital revealed by NHS figures

A total of 2,435 people have now died at Yorkshire hospitals after testing positive for coronavirus.

NHS England releases updated figures each day showing the dates of every new coronavirus-related death under the care of Yorkshire hospital trusts.

As of the latest reporting period, running until 5pm on Monday, May 25, there have been 2,435 Covid-19 deaths recorded across Yorkshire's hospitals.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has reported the highest total number of coronavirus deaths in Yorkshire, 302, followed by Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust with 263 Covid-19 deaths and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with 260 deaths.
