Recap after Boris Johnson holds Cobra meeting over coronavirus

The Prime Minister has held an emergency Cobra meeting this afternoon (Thursday) into the UK spread of COVID-19.

Boris Johnson announced that schools in the UK would not be closing at present, although this may change as the disease spreads. Anyone displaying symptoms now has been advised to stay at home for seven days. See the updates from this afternoon below.
