Chocolate garden of delight for Harrogate Flower Show
Chef Ashley McCarthy begins the Tempered Garden '“ a flower display made with dark chocolate '“ for Harrogate Flower Show, at his pub, Ye Old Sun Inn, York.
It is a collaboration between Mr McCarthy, designer Helen Hays, and landscaper Nick Fryer.
