Produced in anticipation of National Yorkshire Pudding Day this Sunday, Adam’s pricey pud dish, worth £500, includes a beer-fed Dexter beef fillet, a whole Black Perigord truffle imported from France and a Gold Leaf.

Restauranter turned food and drink writer Elaine Lemm was on hand to taste the rich recipe at the hotel.
