The restoration of this Grade II listed Georgian property has been a great success thanks to owners Andrew and Julie North.When they bought it nine years ago, it was the first time it had been on the market since it was built in 1815. It was designed as a lodging house for the proprietor of the Swan Inn and was later turned into three apartments.The Norths say: “We did everything from re-roofing and putting in cast iron gutters to acid washing the stone and turning the three apartments into one house again.”
