THE Yorkshire-based digital marketing agency, Blue Logic Digital has expanded its services with the acquisition of creative agency, Crazy Horse Creative, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of the Barnsley-based creative agency will see Blue Logic Digital add brand development and creative design services to its portfolio.
Roy Moody, the director of Blue Logic Digital, which is based in Leeds, said: “We’ve been looking to grow our creative offering for some time, as our services have traditionally focused on the more technical aspects of web and app development and SEO.
“We have worked with Crazy Horse Creative on several projects and have always been really impressed with the team’s diverse range of creative skills.
“The acquisition will enable us to offer a full suite of creative services to clients and allow us to pitch for more creative projects going forward, which is an integral part of our growth plan.”
Rich Meads, who owned Crazy Horse Creative prior to the acquisition, will take on the role of head of creative at Blue Logic Digital. He brings with him Beth French, who will operate as a creative designer at the agency.
Blue Logic Digital now has a team of 10 and expects to take on another four staff over the coming months.
Its parent company, Blue Logic was founded in 2007 as an IT support and network solutions firm. It employs 66 staff and achieved a turnover of £5.8m in 2014.
