All traffic STOPPED on Leeds ring road as car breakdown causes delays
All traffic has been stopped on the A58 Inner Ring Road in Leeds due to a broken down car.

Traffic alerts have been issued for the Eastbound A58M Inner Ring Road by the junction with Park Lane / Westgate.
A spokesman for a traffic service online said: " Eastbound A58M Inner Ring Road by the junction with Park Lane / Westgate for recovery of vehicle involved in RTC at this location."
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
