The girls beat 400 other singing and dancing locals to win this iconic role. They will be joined by 36 other local girls who take to the stage as the orphans.

Directed by Nikolai Foster and designed by Colin Richmond, this production, set in the midst of America’s Great Depression of the 1930s, reunites the team behind last year’s critically acclaimed A Christmas Carol.

Annie and her band of orphans are now appearing at the Quarry stage at the West Yorkshire Playhouse.
