Anniversary appeal in attackers hunt
Detectives have renewed their appeal for information ahead of the first anniversary of a serious assault which left the victim with severe scarring across his face.
The 56-year-old man was attacked in the King Edward’s Drive area of Harrogate in the early hours of January 11, 2009.
He was assaulted by two men who then ran off, leaving him on the ground bleeding heavily.
Despite repeated appeals police have been unable to bring the offenders to justice.
