Appeal: Man stole ladies coats from Beverley shop

Police are hunting a man who stole a number of ladies coats from a shop in Beverley.

The man went into Mountain Warehouse, picked up a number of their branded coats and left without paying.

He is believed to have the scene in a white van, which was being driven by another man.

The coats taken were in various sizes and two styles - the Aurora grey padded jacket with a fur edged hood and the Isla black and teal jacket with a fur edged hood.

Humberside Police today released details of the theft, which took place at the shop in Toll Gavel at around 12.20pm on Friday, December 23.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the coats or the people involved is asked to call 101, quoting crime reference 2237736.
