Archbishop’s invitation to headteachers

The Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu has invited headteachers from schools and academies across the North of England to hear about the Young Leaders Award, which has been developed by his Youth Trust.

The Young Leaders Award is offered at Key Stage 2, 3, 4 and Post 16 and there are currently 60 schools involved.

The Archbishop said: “The Young Leaders Award encourages young people to be of service to others, within schools or communities and it’s all about making a difference in people’s lives.”
