Armed police deployed in arrest drama

Firearms officers helped colleagues from the local safer neighbourhood team during the incident at Riverside View and the arrest was made less than two hours after police were first alerted on Saturday evening.

The man who made the complaint is in his early 20s and is receiving support while police inquiries continue.
