Arrests over student murder

POLICE have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with the murder of a student in Bradford.

West Yorkshire Police confirmed that a man was arrested in the London area and was in custody yesterday.

A second man, aged 19, is already in custody over the death.

The force had issued an urgent appeal to find Reaben Borhan Kareem after the body of a a 19-year-old man was found at a house in Grantham Road, Bradford on Friday night.

A post-mortem examination found the student died from multiple stab wounds.

A spokesman said a 30-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were also assaulted at the address. The man had been stabbed but his injuries are not life-threatening.
