New artist impressions have been released by serviced office provider Gilbanks to show how its flagship office project in will look following a multi-million-pound refurbishment.
The new images created by interior designer SpaceInvader show how the office space at One Park Row will be transformed into a new working environment aimed at encouraging employee productivity and collaboration.
Gilbanks has appointed the Leeds office of property agent JLL for the marketing and letting of the space, which will become available in autumn this year.
In addition to the office space, a variety of workplaces, services and amenities will be available including executive boardrooms, club lounge space for informal meetings, virtual office and concierge services and a health and wellbeing studio.
Alex Duckett, managing director of Gilbanks, said: “With businesses wanting to be more flexible as they seek to grow, One Park Row is responding to a flexible space revolution.
“Traditional workspaces are evolving to better meet business needs and improve the employee experience.”
Clem McDowell, senior surveyor at JLL, added: “We predict that co-working spaces will make up 30 per cent of the office market by 2030.”
The Yorkshire-based Gilbanks took 20,000 sq ft of office space at One Park Row earlier this year.
Other occupiers at One Park Row, which is owned by the Evans Property Group, include Pinsent Masons, Barclays, Rothchilds and Ahead Partnership.
