Artistic twins see stars

Now their talent has earned them success at A-levels as they both achieved the new A* in art at St Peter's School in York.

Sarah, who won the school's sixth form prize for art this year, also picked up A grades in history and economics while Rebecca achieved Bs in history and politics.

The 18-year-olds both exceeded their target grades and are now preparing to go their separate ways as Rebecca begins studying fine art at Newcastle University while Sarah is heading for University College London to study history.
