talented youngsters from Yorkshire jumped at the chance yesterday to perform with teachers from one of the world’s finest dance academies.
Aspiring ballerinas are shown perfecting their arm movements, above, as budding Darcey Bussells, aged from seven to 10, relished the classes taught by tutors from The Royal Ballet School, in a one-off event at The Yorkshire Dance Centre in Leeds.
A Royal Ballet School spokesman said: “There were lots of smiles.
“With over 45 classes and courses to choose from each week, there’s something for everyone at the dance centre.”
