Baby P file reveals catalogue of failure
Previously secret reports about the agencies involved with Baby P revealed a catalogue of failings when they were published yesterday.
The revelations also renew scrutiny on sacked social services chief Sharon Shoesmith, from Mirfield, near Huddersfield, and mistakes made by staff she was managing.
