Ban for woman who terrorised neighbours
A WOMAN who terrorised neighbours in her sheltered housing complex has been banned from entering their bedsits.
Hull Council yesterday secured an interim Anti-Social Behaviour Order against Ishia Delaney, 55, who with her niece, Victoria Carroll, 27, made life hell for mainly elderly people living at Thornton Court in west Hull.
Delaney faces arrest if she allows any third party in the building, goes into the day or laundry room or other flats whether invited or not, except her own or her mother’s, or acts in an anti-social manner to residents. Det Con Stacey Ombler said: “This will hopefully give residents a bit more quality of life and a feeling of well-being in their homes.”
