Blaze men suffereffects of smoke
Two men were treated by paramedics for the effects of smoke after a tea towel burst into flames on a cooker hob in Tilbury Road, Hull, yesterday.
The blaze, 40 minutes after midnight, had been put out by the house-holders before the fire service arrived. But officers in breathing gear checked the premises. One of the men was also given a hospital check-up.
