Boy, 15, charged over blaze deaths
A 15-year-old boy was last night charged with the manslaughter of an elderly couple who died after a blaze at a sheltered housing complex.
Warwickshire Police, investigating two fires in Rugby, one of which claimed the lives of Kath and Albert Adams, have also charged the teenager with two counts of arson with intent to endanger life. He will appear in court today.
