Boy, 15, in critical condition with serious head injuries after party assault near Stokesley

Detectives are appealing for witnesses and information after the assault occurred yesterday evening.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "The boy sustained serious head injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

"Officers would like to hear from anyone who was at the party at the time or has any other information to get in touch."

Witnesses or anyone with information that could assist the investigation, are urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 1, and speak to the Force Control Room.
