Boy, 17, assaulted in Sheffield nightclub
A 17-year-old boy was assaulted in a nightclub in Sheffield.
Police said the incident was reported at around 1.10am, on Sunday, February 5 at the Area nightclub in Burgess Street.
It happened after an altercation with a man.
The 17-year-old suffered serious injuries to his mouth and face in the attack and police are appealing to witnesses.
The man is described as white, in his early 20s, around 6ft 2ins tall, of a stocky build, dark brown hair and to have been wearing a light coloured t-shirt.
