Businesses get chance to meet ambassador
COMPANIES in the East Riding wanting to do business in Africa are being offered chance of one-to-one meetings with the ambassador of Equatorial Guinea.
Her Excellency Mari-Cruz Evuna Andeme will be visiting Hull next Thursday for an event being organised by Hallmark Solicitors in association with Hallmark Business Brokers.
This follows a networking event in June in which West African business leaders visited the region to boost trade links.
Despite hard times in Europe, the African economy grew by 6.9 per cent last year and has seen foreign investment increase ten-fold over the last decade.
