Candle sparks fire at students' hall
A student hall of residence in Sheffield was evacuated in the early hours of yesterday after an "extremely serious" fire broke out after a small candle was left unattended.
Firefighters from Central, Mansfield Road, Rivelin and Darnall stations were called to The Forge in Boston Street in Highfield at about 1.25am after the tea light candle in a bathroom caught fire.
