CCTV appeal over spate of motorbike thefts in York

POLICE IN York have issued CCTV images of three men they want to speak to in connection with a spate of motorbike thefts in the city centre.

The latest theft happened at Bishophill Senior at about 6.40pm on Thursday (August 2).

There have been six other reports of thefts or attempted thefts of motorcycles around the city centre since Monday (July 31).

Officers believe the incidents could be linked and are urging members of the public to get in touch as soon as possible if they recognise any of the men in the CCTV images.
