Celebration gathering for car club

The 90th anniversary of The Jowett Car Club – the oldest one make car club in the world – was held over the weekend at the Industrial Museum in Bradford, the city where the cars were made until production ceased in 1953. The club’s weekend events celebrated the cars and vans, and
included a 40-mile trip to Boroughbridge, in North Yorkshire, on Sunday. Michael Koch-Osborne, of Eldwick, West Yorkshire, is seen polishing his 1916 car. He is the grandson of William Jowett, co-founder of the company.
