Champion days at the races

Grand National winning jockey and cancer survivor Bob Champion and five-year-old gelding Ceepeegee, at Ascot Racecourse yesterday afternoon. He aims to visit all 60 racecourses in England, Wales and Scotland in 60 days to raise money for his own charity, the Bob Champion Cancer Trust and the Injured Jockeys Fund.

The former jump jockey, who survived testicular cancer and soon after won the 1981 Grand National on Aldaniti, is offering 50 people per day, for 50, a behind the scenes raceday which includes betting vouchers and a grand raffle entry.
