Charles Kennedy and wife divorced
Former Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy and his wife Sarah were divorced yesterday.
The decree nisi was pronounced at the High Court Family Division in London.
Mrs Kennedy, 40, petitioned for divorce on the grounds of her husband's unreasonable behaviour, according to papers released by the court. She and her husband, 50, married in Westminster in 2002.
