Class act from gold medal hero
The cycling ace from Rawdon also brought his gold medals to show youngsters at Ireland Wood Primary in Holt Park in Leeds yesterday.
The school is well resourced for children with disabilities, many of whom have cerebral palsy like Mr Stone.

Hide AdTen-year-old pupil Solomon Londsale, who has the condition, said meeting the local sporting hero had inspired him to aim for Paralympic cycling glory.
He added: “I’m very proud of him.”
