Comments at job tribunal
A report in Thursday's Yorkshire Post mistakenly attributed comments about Cool UK chief executive Gareth Binding to Judge John Sherratt during an employment tribunal hearing regarding one of his former employees, Steph Booth.
We would like to point out Judge John Sherratt did not make these comments. Also, allegations that staff downloaded and bought pornography at work were rejected by the tribunal.
